Tulabe.video Talent Show Terms

Eligibility

- Participation is open only to registered Premium Users of Tulabe.video.
- Participants must be at least 13 years old. Minors (under 18) require parental or guardian consent.
- Employees of Tulabe.video, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.
- Participation is free for Premium Users; no additional purchase is required.

- Participants submit their talent video via the Tulabe.video platform following instructions on the Show page.
- Videos must be the original work of the participant.
- Submissions must comply with Tulabe.video content guidelines and not include:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Infringement of third-party copyrights or trademarks
- Nudity, sexually explicit, or violent content
- One submission per participant per season per stage unless otherwise allowed.
-Participants and viewers are not permitted to share or publish performance content on external social media platforms during the active competition season. Violation may lead to disqualification or removal of access.

- Winners are selected by Tulabe.video judges based on creativity, talent, stage presence, skill and originality.
- Decisions of the judges are final and binding.
- Prizes, if any, will be clearly stated on the contest page.
- Tulabe.video reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
- Prizes may be subject to taxes or fees according to participant's country laws.

- By submitting a video, the participant grants Tulabe.video a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:
- Display, reproduce, and distribute the submission in connection with the Show or promotional purposes
- Edit or adapt the submission as reasonably necessary
- Participants retain ownership of their content, but Tulabe.video may use it without additional compensation.
- Participants warrant that submissions do not infringe on third-party rights.

- Participant information will be handled according to the Tulabe.video Privacy Policy, including GDPR compliance.
- Data may be processed for purposes of the Show, promotion, and prize fulfillment.
- Tulabe.video will not sell participant data to third parties.

- Participants must behave ethically and respect other participants.
- Tulabe.video reserves the right to disqualify participants for cheating, fraud, or inappropriate behavior.

- Participation is at the participant's own risk.
- Tulabe.video is not responsible for:
- Loss, damage, or technical errors
- Any injury, property loss, or legal issue arising from participation
- By participating, participants agree to release and hold Tulabe.video harmless from any claims related to the Show.

- These Terms are governed by Ugandan law.
- Disputes arising from participation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.

- Tulabe.video reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Show at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated on the Show page.
